About You
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5–7 years of payroll and technical experience with ADP Workforce Now.
- Advanced expertise with the WFN Payroll module, including ADP AutoPay/CCI and complex payroll configurations.
- Strong understanding of WFN module interdependencies, including Onboarding, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, and Reporting.
- Experience supporting vendor integrations, including insurance and retirement carriers, and API connections.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll and system configuration issues.
- ADP Workforce Now certification.
- Payroll certification (CPP or FPC).
- Prior consulting experience.
