About the Role
As a Technical Specialist, you will use your technical expertise to ensure the quality and timeliness of laboratory services. You will oversee various laboratory departments, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborate with staff to achieve departmental goals. Your responsibilities will include performing laboratory tests, supervising technical staff, and mentoring new employees.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent with certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory.
Preferred:
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
- Experience in multiple testing areas including Chemistry, Coagulation, and Hematology.
