About the Role
As a Technical Staffing Recruiter, you will start with an extensive hands-on training program as a Recruiter Trainee. Your responsibilities will include recruiting IT consultants, building relationships with candidates, developing sourcing strategies, using AI insights for decision-making, advising clients on labor market trends, and negotiating compensation packages.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree OR Military experience OR Associates Degree with at least 3 years of professional experience OR 4 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred:
- Enthusiasm to network and build strong relationships.
- Desire for a career in a commission-driven, performance-based environment.
