- Recently completed a technical degree and interested in growing your career in technical support.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
- Curious, resourceful, detail-oriented, and organized, with a problem-solving mindset.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with platforms like Zoom, Dialpad, GoToMeeting, or other telephony/web conferencing tools.
- Exposure to Salesforce, APIs, or programming/scripting languages.
