About the Role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving customer technical issues related to SaaS platforms, managing support tickets, reproducing and troubleshooting product issues, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and creating documentation to improve self-service support.
About You
Required:
- Strong troubleshooting skills across web applications, APIs, and cloud environments.
- Experience supporting customers through ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Linux, REST APIs, Postman, and basic scripting in Python or Bash.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
