About You
- Minimum 2-year College Degree or certification in biomedical equipment technology, applied engineering, or technology field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of field experience in a technical environment, preferably with medical/dental equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SQL Database software, and Internet applications.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- CompTIA, Cisco, or similar certifications.
- Experience with complaint handling in a regulated industry.
