About the Role

As a Technical Support Intern, you will work onsite 20-25 hours per week, providing support for inventory management and deployment operations related to payment terminals. Your responsibilities will include learning about payment devices, assisting with terminal reprogramming projects, and providing technical assistance under supervision. This internship is expected to last about 2 months or longer, depending on project progress.

About You

Required:

Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire.
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin-Chinese is required, both written and verbal.
Must be currently pursuing or have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a STEM field.
Proficient in MS Excel and Word.

Preferred:

Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn technical concepts.
Detail-oriented and able to complete tasks before deadlines.
