Concentrix is seeking a Technical Support Representative - Remote (Bilingual: Spanish/English) to join their team. The role involves providing customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding the client's products and services.
About the Role
As a Technical Support Representative, you will work from home, interfacing with customers via inbound/outbound calls and the Internet. Your responsibilities include answering questions about products and services, troubleshooting technical issues, tracking and documenting information, and maintaining knowledge of client products. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences while working in a diverse team environment.
About You
Required:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong focus on building customer relationships.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
