About You
- BS in Computer Information Systems or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience in communications and data transfer.
- Experience in technical customer support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to provide after-hour call support.
- Familiarity with AUTOSOL software and hardware products, AUTOSOL Enterprise Server (AES), and AUTOSOL Communication Manager (ACM).
- Knowledge of Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) protocols.
- Experience with cellular, satellite, and radio communications.
- Experience in building and delivering internal training.
