About the Role
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will handle incoming tech support calls and emails, coordinate with support teams in the USA and Canada, and work closely with the Technical Service Manager on project plans and training. You will provide guidance to distributors and customers, train equipment installers and end users, and collaborate with sales teams to deliver optimal project solutions.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s degree
- 2+ years of related experience; live production experience on sow farms preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid USA driver’s license
Preferred:
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
