ITA International is seeking a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Manager to join their team supporting the Department of State in Rosslyn, VA. The role involves managing a team of technicians conducting technical surveillance and countermeasures inspections to ensure secure communications and facilities for U.S. diplomacy.
About the Role
As a TSCM Manager, you will oversee a team responsible for conducting inspections to detect clandestine devices in secure areas, manage task assignments, and act as a subject matter expert on physical security and technical counter-surveillance. You will also recommend new detection equipment, coordinate with various security agencies, and ensure compliance with national security policies.
About You
Required:
- Current U.S. Government final Top Secret clearance and approved for SCI access upon employment.
- Minimum of ten to fifteen years of experience in technical surveillance and countermeasures inspections, with at least five years as supervisor or team lead.
- Certified by the Interagency Training Center to conduct TSCM inspections.
- Understanding and experience with information security practices.
Preferred:
- Experience in counterintelligence, operational security, physical security, and technical security.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
