About the Role
As a Technical Targeter and Discovery Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding adversaries' tactics, techniques, and procedures to produce actionable intelligence. Your tasks will include developing access leads, leveraging SIGINT expertise, and collaborating with a team to solve complex problems impacting national security.
About You
Required:
- Experience with SIGINT analysis.
- Experience with telecommunications, weapons, and space-based technologies.
- Experience with social network analysis, network exploitation, and target development.
- Experience with supporting and leveraging CNO projects.
- Knowledge of all-source intelligence such as SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, and HUMINT.
- Ability to leverage processes and client tools for signals intelligence discovery analysis.
- Ability to read and process all-source intelligence reports and implement directives.
- Ability to parse, research, analyze, and fuse complex data sets.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with signals intelligence analysis or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with dataflow and signals intelligence architecture.
- Experience with supporting multi-agency collaboration.
- Knowledge of telecommunications networks, including evolving trends and technologies.
- Knowledge of the latest developments in SIGINT collection and processing.
- Knowledge of CNO processes and capabilities.
- Knowledge of ports, protocols, and network configurations.
- Ability to assess network vulnerabilities and identify key network topology.
