You will produce various types of documentation, including user manuals, installation instructions, and API guides, while ensuring clarity and accuracy.
About You
Required:
- 10 to 12 years of industry experience in banking, payment, and credit card domains.
- Excellent writing skills with a strong grasp of grammar, style, and syntax.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
Preferred:
- Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare or Oxygen XML Author.
- Background or degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
