About the Role
As a Technician - Test - Level 3, you will be responsible for developing test specifications, preparing technical reports, calibrating and maintaining test equipment, leading small groups of test technicians, and implementing improvements to enhance safety and efficiency. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure products meet the highest standards before reaching the field.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing work environment.
- Ability to setup and operate a Phase Network Analyzer (PNA) or Vector Network Analyzer (VNA).
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Timekeeping system, ERP system, Routing, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with good manual and eye dexterity.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Preferred:
- 4 years of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing work environment.
- Associates Degree or Technical Degree in Electrical Technology.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Military Electronic Schools or Electronic Training from military.
- Active Security Clearance.
- Experience in defense or aerospace industry.
