About the Role
As a Technician A Key Holder, you will be responsible for unlocking and securing the location, managing daily deposits, leading the team during operations, performing oil changes and minor vehicle services, maintaining inventory, and providing outstanding customer service. You will also train new employees and ensure compliance with company policies.
About You
Required:
- Prior experience in a service or retail environment; automotive experience is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, high integrity and attention to detail.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Must pass company background check.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
