About the Role
As a Technician, you will model high performance standards, understand and anticipate the needs of surgeons, maintain sterile fields, and provide technical support during procedures. You will also be responsible for post-operative turnover, equipment maintenance, and collaborating with hospital staff to ensure smooth operations.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) required.
- Minimum 6 months experience in OR/SPD/Endo required.
- 2-5 years face to face customer service experience.
Preferred:
- Some college preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel.
