- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Flexibility in scheduling and ability to work all shift patterns including weekends and holidays.
