About the Role
As a Technologist Assistant, you will be responsible for greeting patients, managing the check-in and check-out processes, verifying insurance, and preparing patients for exams. You will also assist in preparing exam rooms and may be required to start IVs depending on the modality. Your role will require effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring compassionate care for individuals ranging from healthy to critically ill.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- 0-2 years of related experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and the public.
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
