CannonDesign is seeking an Entry Level Technology professional to join their team in Baltimore, MD. The role involves participating in the preparation of construction documents and basic specifications of telecommunications systems for various projects.
About the Role
As an Entry Level Technology professional, you will work under the direction of a project leader and licensed engineer, participating in projects that include new construction and renovation in educational, healthcare, sports, corporate commercial, and science and technology sectors. Your responsibilities will include designing telecommunication systems, analyzing engineering documents, recommending improvements, assisting in the review of shop drawings, and visiting job sites to verify existing conditions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field by hire date required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple projects.
Preferred:
- EIT/FE certification preferred.
- Related student internship work experience preferred.
- Experience in computer applications for engineering design programs (i.e. Revit, Navisworks or similar applications) preferred.
