About the Role
As a Technology and Cyber Technical Manager, you will be responsible for strategic planning, resource management, technical support, evaluation, and business development within the Risk Engineering domain. You will lead the Cyber & Technology Liability line, provide training and support to Risk Engineering Consultants, and develop key training initiatives for business partners. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders and may involve managerial duties in the future.
About You
Required:
Bachelor or Master degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity and/or technology risk management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CPCU with a cyber or technology risk focus.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Familiarity with insurance operations, policy administration systems, and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication and consultative skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights.
