About the Role
As a Technology and Cyber Technical Manager, you will be responsible for strategic planning, resource management, technical support, evaluation, and business development within the Risk Engineering team. You will lead the development of specialized practices, mentor Risk Engineering Consultants, and ensure effective communication with business partners. Your role will also include conducting field surveys, developing training initiatives, and managing complex accounts to improve risk management services.
About You
Required:
Bachelor or Master degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity and/or technology risk management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CPCU with a cyber or technology risk focus.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Familiarity with insurance operations, policy administration systems, and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication and consultative skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights.
