About the Role
As a Cybersecurity Operational Lead within the Compliance, Conduct, and Operational Risk (CCOR) team, you will collaborate with various lines of defense to assess cybersecurity risks, lead risk assessments, conduct significant event reviews, and monitor controls across security domains. You will engage with technology and cybersecurity technologists, write and present assessments to senior leaders, and maintain expertise in assigned security control domains.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or technology development within financial services organizations.
- Strong understanding of risk management at the enterprise level.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices such as vulnerability management, incident response, and endpoint protection.
- Ability to assess complex technical systems and recommend mitigating security controls.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience translating on-premises security configurations into multi-cloud environments.
- Understanding of compliance requirements for cloud and on-premises security controls.
- One or more information security or cloud certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, AWS Security Specialty).
