Summary
Raytheon is seeking a TEE IPTL Section Lead (M5) to join their team in Tucson, AZ. The role involves leading a section of Project Leadership professionals and Technical Leads responsible for managing projects through all lifecycles, including development and production.
About the Role
As a TEE IPTL Section Lead, you will supervise and lead a team of approximately 12 to 185 members, establish measurable goals, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with multi-discipline teams. You will also provide independent health checks on program metrics and support hiring goals within the Test Equipment Engineering program.
About You
Required:
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience as an IPTL, sub-IPTL, CAM, REA or a Project Team Lead.
- Experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience utilizing the Test Equipment Engineering One Page Process.
Preferred:
- Previous experience with career development and personal skills development of team members.
- Experience working with Program configuration management principles and tools such as an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), PMX tools, or tracking books.
- Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management System or similar budget tracking system).
- Experience with Proposal Capture Process and Estimate at Complete (EAC) process.
