About the Role
As a Telecom Aerial Construction Manager, you will be responsible for performing thorough reviews of incoming projects, organizing and coordinating workloads, maintaining project tracking systems, overseeing day-to-day OSP aerial construction operations, providing leadership and mentorship to field teams, conducting field inspections, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety requirements. You will also coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure adherence to company policies and safety practices.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in Department management and Supervisory role overseeing direct reports of 3+.
Preferred:
- Associate degree or three years of relevant work experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- CDL Class A or Class B license.
- OSHA10 & 30 Certifications.
