About the Role

As a Telecom Specialist, you will be responsible for network engineering and support, including the installation, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of WANs and LANs. You will assist in designing and managing WAN infrastructure, perform day-to-day operations, and provide second-level problem identification and resolution for network issues. Additionally, you will handle Dell hardware repairs, support cabling and infrastructure setup, monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in network installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Hands-on experience with WAN and LAN infrastructure design and management.
Proficient in Cisco hardware and services.
Strong understanding of communication protocols, network architectures, and software systems.

Preferred:

CCNA, CCNP certification.
ITIL certification v4.
Experience with network performance monitoring tools like SolarWinds.
