Summary
Modivcare is looking for an experienced IT Telecommunications Engineer IV to join their team in Denver, CO. The role involves the design, development, integration, and support of advanced contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud (CX) technologies.
About the Role
As a Telecommunications Engineer IV, you will configure and manage Genesys Cloud routing, queues, agent profiles, permissions, and reporting. You will provide support for the organization's CCaaS platform, design and maintain contact center infrastructure, and participate in projects with telecom carriers and developers. Your responsibilities will also include developing disaster recovery plans, optimizing system performance, and implementing quality assurance processes for telecom services.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Seven (7) plus years overall Telecom experience.
- Extensive knowledge of telecommunications technology systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Genesys Cloud Architect.
Preferred:
- PC literate, including knowledge of office productivity tools (MS Suite: Excel, Word, etc).
- Strong communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
