About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of telecommunications experience in a hospital or call center environment required.
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Some college or vocational education preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
- Experience multitasking in a high volume call environment.
