MindCare Solutions is seeking a Telehealth Psychiatrist - P/T to provide psychiatric services for an 8-bed Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR) in Allentown, PA. The role involves delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented psychiatric care to adults with serious mental illness.
About the Role
As a Telehealth Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support stabilization and long-term recovery. Your daily tasks will include prescribing and monitoring psychotropic medications, creating individualized treatment plans, maintaining medical records, and providing immediate psychiatric care in crisis situations. You will also ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
About You
Required:
- Active and unrestricted license in PA.
- 2 years of inpatient experience (trauma experience required).
- Board Certified or Eligible (within 1 year of residency completion) in Psychiatry.
- Valid and unrestricted DEA in PA.
- Proficient in using Telemedicine technologies to treat patients remotely.
Benefits
- Flexible schedule with a minimum of 4 hours a week.
- Compensation on a 1099 basis, to be determined by experience.
