About the Role

As a Telephone Financial Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly responding to inquiries, providing accurate product knowledge, and assisting with account maintenance requests. You will handle customer service calls related to deposit and loan accounts, online banking, and mobile banking inquiries. Additionally, you will identify customer needs, recommend products, and assist in training new employees while maintaining a focus on operational efficiency.
