About the Role
As a Teller, you will be responsible for maintaining excellence in member service, providing account services, verifying transactions, promoting credit union products, balancing cash drawers, and ensuring compliance with security and internal control procedures. You will also assist members with various requests and maintain accurate records.
About You
Required:
- High school Diploma/GED is required.
- Requires communication, mathematical and general business knowledge or equivalent to satisfactorily perform the job duties.
Preferred:
- Six (6) months of cash handling or cross-selling experience is preferred.
- Ability to engage in relationship building and demonstrate a highly positive, service-oriented attitude.
