About You
- 6+ months of customer interaction experience or equivalent through work, training, military experience, or education
- Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish and English
- 6+ months of experience interacting with people through work, military, or education
- Military experience and currently enrolled in a college or university program
- Customer service experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
- Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and mobile banking options
- Integrity and professionalism in interactions with customers and team members
- Experience working collaboratively in a team to meet customer needs
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
- Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts and take appropriate action
- Well-organized, independent, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to exercise judgment, raise questions to management, and adhere to policy guidelines
- Relevant military experience in personnel benefits management, processing orders or transitions, wartime readiness, human resources, or recruiting
- Proficiency in sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues
