LOC Credit Union is seeking a Teller to join their Chase Dearborn team. The role involves delivering exceptional service while promoting the financial wellness of members.
About the Role
As a Teller, you will be the face of the Credit Union, responsible for processing transactions, building strong relationships with members, and ensuring high levels of member satisfaction and retention. Your daily tasks will include maintaining knowledge of LOC products and services, providing friendly service, and resolving member inquiries.
About You
Required:
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to accurately process financial transactions.
Preferred:
- Experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Willingness to work at least one Saturday per month.
