About the Role
As a Teller II, you will be responsible for receiving and paying out cash, handling negotiable items, loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. You will set up, close, and balance the teller station, maintain a neat and well-stocked area, and assist with balancing the vault, ATM, and other cash handling tasks. Additionally, you will adhere to bank policies, assist with compliance training, and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- One (1) year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in basic mathematical skills
Preferred:
- Experience with cash handling and banking procedures
- Familiarity with BSA/AML compliance training
- Ability to lift coin bags up to 50 lbs.
