About the Role

As a Teller Retail Banker, you will be the face of Woodforest National Bank, responsible for enhancing customer experiences through effective communication and service. Your key responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, processing transactions, opening accounts, and maintaining branch operations. You will also utilize problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive banking experience.
