About the Role
As a Teller Trainee, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for greeting them, providing information on banking products, and performing various financial transactions with accuracy. You will engage in customer support, work closely with your branch team, and complete Teller Training to develop your skills in a supportive environment.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using technology, including computers.
- Sales and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
- Positive approach to interactions with customers and team members.
- Ability to work within normal office requirements, with long periods of standing.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Ability to successfully complete the training program.
Preferred:
- 1-2 years prior teller experience or cash handling/customer service skills.
