About the Role
As the Temp Assistant Director, you will oversee the staff of the residential treatment program, promote social rehabilitation, maintain relationships with referral sources, review client records, assist in staff training, and coordinate schedules and data collection. You will also advocate for facility maintenance and perform Counselor duties as needed.
About You
Required:
- AA in any field with 6 years of experience in a mental health-related field.
- BA in any field with 4 years of experience in a mental health-related field.
- MA in any field with 2 years of experience in a mental health-related field.
- MHRS Certification is required.
Preferred:
- Specific experience in residential treatment and/or knowledge of social rehabilitation.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills with staff, clients, and providers.
- Basic word processing skills.
- Ability to lift and carry 20lb packages and negotiate several flights of stairs.
