About the Role
As a TEMP MTO Packaging & Distribution Operator, you will operate packaging machines, pick and ship orders, and pack stock orders. You will verify product labeling, perform machine set-up and adjustments, and ensure compliance with quality standards. The position requires adherence to established procedures and the ability to adapt to changes in workload and staffing.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer skills necessary for packaging and shipping software.
Preferred:
- Previous packaging and distribution experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel at a basic to intermediate level.
Benefits
- Starting base pay between $20.00 and $23.00 per hour.
- 15% per hour shift differential.
