About the Role
As a TEMP Production Operator 2, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and organization of work areas, operating specialized equipment, meeting production goals, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and contributing to lean/Six Sigma projects. You will work in a team environment and may assist coordinators and technicians in managing workflow, while also demonstrating a capacity for future advancement.
About You
Required:
- Good communication skills in English to read and apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Proficiency in operation and basic troubleshooting of automated equipment.
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic mathematical skills and basic computer experience including Microsoft Excel.
Preferred:
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Manufacturing or packaging experience in a regulated environment.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Completion of a technical certification or related educational program.

- Starting base pay between $20.00 and $23.00 per hour.
