Summary
WEG Electric Corp. is seeking a Territory Account Manager for the Los Angeles/Ventura/Central Coast area to develop and implement a sales territory business plan aimed at increasing product sales and market share.
About the Role
As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing WEG product distribution through joint sales calls, administering corporate contracts, quoting prices and delivery estimates, verifying commercial and technical aspects of quotations, preparing business transaction reports, and providing product training to customers. You will also travel to customer locations and occasionally attend trade shows.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university.
- 5+ years of applicable industrial sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Solid knowledge of electrical motors and motor controls and their applications.
Preferred:
- Experience with pumps, compressors, fans, and material handling applications.
- Strong knowledge of sales channels such as Distributors, OEMs, and End Users.
