About the Role
As a Territory Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and providing both on-site and remote customer service. You will lead the onboarding process for clients, oversee the implementation of products and services, and provide ongoing training and support. This role requires a self-starting individual who can work autonomously and effectively with various levels of client personnel, with approximately 80% travel required.
About You
Required:
- Excellent time-management skills in an autonomous environment.
- Proven track record of account management in SaaS/Software.
Preferred:
- Experience in the DMV or automotive industry.
- Ability to navigate and utilize SalesForce.com.
Benefits
- Base salary of $70k-$120k based on experience.
- Bonuses/commission potential ($15k-$25k Year 1, $35k-$50k Year 2).
