About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with insurance agents, assisting with sales leadership, and ensuring alignment with underwriting and financial objectives. Your tasks will include monitoring market trends, conducting agency audits, and providing training programs to improve efficiency and sales results. You will also be involved in producer management processes and may require national travel.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree
Five years of insurance and/or sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Valid state driver's license and good driving record
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel

Preferred:

Proven sales skills in the Insurance industry
