Titan Surfaces is seeking a Territory Manager (Flooring Experience Preferred) to join their dynamic sales team in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. The role involves managing and expanding the customer base within a designated territory in the Middle Tennessee/Southern Kentucky region.
About the Role
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, conducting cold calls to identify potential clients, managing existing customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with clients and driving sales through effective territory management strategies.
About You
Required:
Proven experience in B2B sales or direct sales roles, preferably in flooring or a similar industry.
Strong understanding of territory management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in using software tools.
Ability to conduct effective cold calling techniques to generate leads.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
A commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.
