Jobot is seeking a Territory Manager - Plastic Distribution Sales to join their team in Houston, TX. The role involves developing and managing a territory and business plan targeting key accounts in the plastic distribution sector.
About the Role
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting and developing new business, maintaining and servicing existing customer accounts, and closing sales to increase margins. You will also provide market feedback, prepare quotes and contracts, and complete sales reports while traveling for meetings and customer engagement as required.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in a general field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of plastic distribution sales experience.
- Strong background in territory management, account development, and B2B sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ERP systems.
- Proven ability to create and close sales, develop customer relationships, and meet revenue goals.
