RBI Private Lending is seeking a Territory Manager to join their team in North Carolina. The role involves driving business development, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence in private lending.
About the Role
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate investors, and financial institutions. You will originate and close private lending deals, identify new business opportunities, manage a personal pipeline, and collaborate with underwriting and operations teams. The position requires attending industry events and maintaining accurate records of sales activity.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Private Lending, Mortgage, or Real Estate Finance.
- Proven experience with Bridge, Fix & Flip, DSCR, and Ground-Up Construction loan products.
- Strong understanding of Real Estate Investment strategies and lending structures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
