CELSIUS is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join their team in Fremont, CA. The role involves driving regional retail sales execution and representing the CELSIUS® brand across various channels.

About the Role

As the Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for executing brand strategy, driving sales performance, and cultivating strong distributor partnerships. Your daily tasks will include conducting account audits, expanding SKU distribution, and engaging in face-to-face customer interactions. You will typically visit 12 to 15 stores per day, ensuring the brand's presence and performance in the market.

About You

Required:

1+ years of experience in consumer goods sales, preferably in beverage or distributor sales.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid U.S. Driver's License and ability to pass an MVR screening.
Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

Familiarity with CRM tools and field sales reporting systems.
Ability to deliver presentations and engage large peer groups.
