You will also need to maintain expert knowledge of test center policies and represent Prometric's values while safeguarding the test center from misconduct.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, in person.
Preferred:
- College experience a plus.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with candidates and coworkers.
