About the Role
As a Test Conductor / System Engineer II, you will collaborate, schedule, prepare, and conduct test activities at White Sands Missile Range and other Test Ranges in the United States and abroad. You will generate and execute mission and hot firing procedures, prepare documentation and reports, and communicate with contractors and government agencies to set up mission support. The role requires adherence to security and safety policies and involves working in remote environments with live system elements such as radars and missiles, with some travel required.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with radar integration and test.
- Experience operating Air Defense Missile systems.
- Experience with test operations, test plans, and test procedures.
Preferred:
- Experience as a Patriot system operator.
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment with changing scope and schedule.
