About the Role

As a Manager in the Account Services Department, you will be responsible for mastering the iRecruiter system to effectively communicate with customers about the best methods of utilizing iCIMS products. Your daily tasks will include identifying customer needs, participating in sales presentations, developing client references, and proactively contacting clients to ensure a 100% renewal rate. You will also handle escalated customer issues and may require some travel.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record.
Experience with all Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred:

Experience in client relations.
Experience in HR systems and/or software project management.
Hands-on user experience with Microsoft Internet Explorer and related web-based technologies.
