About the Role
As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for owning the test strategy, planning, and execution governance. You will manage qTest usage, create and maintain dashboards/reports, build Power BI dashboards, drive stakeholder communication, and ensure compliance with regulatory/audit requirements. Additionally, you will possess working knowledge of automation tools like Selenium.
About You
Required:
- Strong banking domain knowledge.
- Expertise in qTest for managing test cases, execution, defects, and traceability.
Preferred:
- Experience in building Power BI dashboards.
- Working knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium.
