About the Role
About You
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java or Python.
- Proficiency with TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
- Good understanding of API automation using tools such as Rest Assured or Postman scripting.
- Experience building Page Object Model, data-driven, hybrid, or custom frameworks.
- Expertise with CICD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Git-based pipelines.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across distributed systems.
- Foundational understanding of insurance business processes across new business, underwriting, claims, billing, and servicing.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology, user stories, acceptance criteria, and definition of done.
- Knowledge of BDD using Cucumber or Spec Flow.
- Exposure to mobile test automation using Appium.
- Experience with cloud-based test execution environments.
- Basic awareness of performance testing collaboration and tooling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead small to mid-size automation teams.
- High ownership, accountability, and focus on delivery excellence.
